  Craving pizza after a Graduation ceremony and it was raining out, decided to stop in at Vincenzo's and glad we did. The owner and team were great, gave us free water and Pepsi with our to go order. Took it home and there was barely anything left. The pizza's, wings and salad were delicious! Thank you, Paul for great customer service! :)

  Seriously the best pizza in town. Came to order in person and the owner came to my table to ask me what I wanted to drink and said it was on him. I’ve never had as good customer service as I have here. Everyone is so nice and the slices are HUGE! Hands down the best place

  This place was until recently our go to pizza place for years. We just ordered the same pizza we have ordered for years and wow what a difference and not for the better. Even those of us in the family who are not picky could not eat this pizza. The pizza was dripping in grease and the cheese had a lumpy texture and the toppings were sparse and low quality. When I called to ask what happened I was informed there were new owners but the pizza had not changed. So not only is the pizza bad, they are not honest. This pizza is not worth what they charge for it . Very disappointed.

  Way back in time I used to go to the Vincenzo's in Simi and order a very specific but simple pizza. After new owners took over that location I gave it a try only to find that it was nothing like what it had been. In that time years ago I had given the Granada Hills location a try and found that although it was good it just couldn't stand up to the Simi location. So after trying many different places within the past few years with my simple pizza I started to think that I was never going to find someone that could match it. Today after wanting it for some time I decided I would go by Granada Hills because although it hadn't been as good it was still close. But, I was very surprised today to have met the new owner Paul and his staff. I am very happy to say that not only was it good it was the pizza I had been looking for. Paul takes pride in his pizza making sure to use only high quality ingredients. Although I live in Simi I can say for sure I will be returning.

  This place has one of the best customer services they make sure you get everything and it's the right order but sometimes they might do a lil mistake but no problem they will replace it with a new pizza! They are very kind! There pizzas are made fresh with cheese and vegetables and meats! This place I've been going to since I was a kid and the taste just keeps getting better! They also have a ps4 or cable while you wait for your great pizza! Thank you guys for the great services! But do have patients for the pizza it all depends on what size u get yes sometimes it's a long wait 15-20 minutes but it's worth it to wait for! Remember this is my opinion! The employees here are very hard workers ^-^ leave a tip if you can! I believe this man is the manager but his name is Nelson and he has done a excellent services for my family he will take care of you too!
